The ParlLawSpeech dataset provides over 4 GB of machine-readable parliamentary texts, including 43,582 legislative bills, 28,124 laws, and more than 3 million plenary speeches from eight European parliaments spanning more than two decades. By bringing together these three types of parliamentary documents in a single, linked corpus, PLS enables researchers to study the entire legislative process, from draft bills and parliamentary debates to enacted laws.
