MEDem position open at the university of lausanne

The University of Lausanne in Switzerland is looking for a dedicated research associate who will contribute in building the evolving research infrastructures MEDem (Monitoring Electoral Democracy) and CNES (Consortium of National Election Studies).

The position is based at the Research Group on Elections and Political Citizenship (GREC), which is one of the research units of the Institute of Political Science at the University of Lausanne. You will be collaboratively working with members of the political surveys teams at FORS (Swiss Centre of Expertise in the Social Sciences) and have the opportunity to develop a personal research agenda using comparative data on political behavior. In your contributions to further develop the European research infrastructures CNES and MEDem, you are supporting their contribution to substantially enabling and facilitating comparative democracy research.

As a leading international teaching and research institution, the campus of the University of Lausanne brings together around 17,000 students and over 5,000 employees from 120 different nationalities. It is located along the lake of Geneva, near the city centre.
